Depression (Advice #15)

It has been said that depression is only true when a person undergoes deep sadness. There are plenty of forms of depression. It can be rooted to many things to like loneliness, heartbreak, career, family, friends, life or death. And what worse is that you keep it to yourself because you keep teeling yourself that you could do it, you can fix it on your own. You don’t need someone’s help because they have other problems.

Depression can also be considered as a disorder meaning that you need medical help because this can’t be fixed with one seating and you can’t put it under the rug. Some people don’t  even survive this disorder because of how deep their sadness is that all of their self-esteem, self-confidence, self-control are gone.

They also think that the only way out of this hell world is to kill themselves. And that is wrong.

If you feel you can’t do it, get some medical help. If you are not comfortable with that, tell your parents or friends to lift your spirits up. Don’t bottle it up, just let go and feel it. Be strong.

Singing (Hobbies #3)

Singing is like reading the words out loud with melody or saying a poem with tune but singing is more than that. It is a way to the people’s heart depending on the genre of music. It is writing lyrics to for everyone with a specific purpose which is to let us feel and be aware of something.

There is a quote that says, our favorite song is our favorite song because we think of an emotional event to go along with it or we can relate to that feeling, to that moment. Singing is always coupled with writing. Lyrics and melodies combined make songs harmonized.

Who are your favorite singers?

Mine are, whom I love to hear everyday:

Maroon V (Adam Levine):

Edwin Mccain:

Boyce Avenue (Alejandro Manzano):

And many more. There are plenty of great song artists out there. I’m an oldies fan. Some of the great hits in our past generations.

Loneliness (Advice #4)

Loneliness can lead to many things nad most of the people who experience this will feel depressed and unwanted by people. Even when you are in a crowd or in a group, you can still feel lonely. It doesn’t have to be literal but the thoughr of it will haunt you.

For me, being lonely is when you have no one to talk to in a  deep sense or when you are experiencing difficult problems. Not having to talk something that has been there for days, weeks, months, years is heartbreaking.

One solution is theraphy, getting to talk about your feelings and other things. Another solution is talking to your family about your problem because surely they are there for you. Also a solution is getting to talk to your closest friend or a person you are comfortable with. Bringing your walls down, making yourself vulnerable. How can you trust someone to keep your secrets to themselves?
